In the summer of 2015, the State Duma adopted a law that allows foreign clinics to work as part of a medical cluster using their technologies. And the "firstborn" was Hadassah, which received its first patients in the fall of 2018. Then the diagnostic building was opened. And now a therapeutic one is being built. The building frame is ready. Roofing, facade and finishing works are in progress. Engineering networks are being laid in parallel. The building will become a multifunctional clinic with a surgery department, oncology, radiation therapy and radionuclide diagnostics. There are 64 round-the-clock beds and 41 in the day hospital. We intend to pay special attention to the so-called "healing environment". The rooms will be decorated in calm colors; they will look like a five-star hotel's rooms. With the help of an electronic device, patients themselves will control the climate, lighting and curtains, call the medical staff and choose food. Upon completion of construction, the operator intends to obtain a LEED certification for sustainability and energy efficiency. The first stage of the cluster will be commissioned approximately by the end of 2023.
Smart drones control construction processes. The devices have their own drone port, from where they regularly take to the air in any weather. The devices analyze whether construction work is being carried out correctly, check the number of workers and check how they comply with safety regulations. Let's say a drone can detect a violator without a helmet and report him. Smartwatches monitor the condition of builders. Face ID system works at the entrance to the site.
